Here in Sarasota Fl they drop a pineapple. Not sure why. Guess it’s tropical theme.
Saw this one just outside of Clearwater, Fl a few months ago.
Here in Florida you would have to register the pontoon since it has a motor on it. Numbers, letters, the taxes, etc. They caught me and my son in the canoe with a trolling motor, guy really was an ass about it. We were about 100 yards from our house!! I’m

Good to know about not needing a license. Now I want to find some good bass fishing. Also what could I expect to catch in the canals?

I'm going to be staying in Dania Beach from January through April. What are the license requirements for fresh and salt water fishing. I'm 72 years old and a 100 percent disabled Veteran. Also any good spots for fishing. Don't have access to a boat.
Over 65 not required to have a license in Florida. One of the few perks of getting old.
Had a 3 1/2 foot gator(a small one) take a Zora Spook. Got him into the kayak and was able to get the bait back before releasing him. Fun, fun.

I’m new here. Want to fish in salt and fresh water but have no idea where to go. Any recommendations?
Thursday issue of Sarasota Herald-Tribune has a fishing report in the sports section that includes that area. Might want to pick up a copy. Tight lines.

Caught this puppy on a live pin fish. He got into the rocks and I thought I would have to break him off. A passing boat offered to take me on board to chase him. Just as they were pulling up he headed for the channel so I was able to land him
Actually I’m pretty sure that is a juvenile Goliath grouper. Fully protected right now. They are thinking of doing a very limited season in the future.
I’ve owned a Benchmade for 10 years and love it. Lifetime warranty is solid and comes with lifetime resharpening. Pricey but worth it in my opinion.

Around here it’s just called “Recreational Gas”. Usually 91 octane. Just search for that in your area.
Snook are excellent if you remove the skin, otherwise they taste like soap.

That sounds like it will be good Ft. Others that i have used consisted of a mustard base to give it a pasty spread. Yours sounds like dry mix. Haven't tried a dry mix yet. Yours does sound good.
Try smearing some butter on them to hold the blackening spices on and use a really hot cast iron skillet. Needs to be done outside, though, there’s not a hood vent made that’ll keep up with the smoke!!!
