Get a stainless steel soap . They sell them at Walmart’s groceries stores there meant to get the smell of onions and garlic off there shaped like a small bar of soap just rub wet hands with it and rinse no smell at the end of the day. I used them for salt and fresh water I catfish in fresh water with some nasty baits sometimes works like a charm. Only answer you need I promise. Lemon juice and winded will work but seem to lose Vite frequency when I used those but maybe that was just me .

I will not harvest to freeze there always better fresh and it’s a family meal for me my wife and two daughters about once a week during season all others are catch and release

Does anyone remember the rattle capsule like things for plastics from the 90s ? Or what they were called some baits even had little pockets to insert them in ?
