Great for you! Get a nice pair of leather or rubber gloves to bait your hook or use lures. Wear the gloves taking fish off the hook too. Some fish have spines that'll get you when you least expect it. My advice is to go on youtube after exploring what types of fish are available near you, and would like to catch? Youtube is my friend! You can even learn casting techniques, knot tying, and how to fix your kitchen sink! Have fun is my last bit of advice!

YouTube has become my best friend! I search almost every project I do now there. The video's help me out because I have a hard time learning from reading. I blame the two strokes but, my teachers would tell you I've been this way since I learned to read! I guess once a knuckle head always a knucklehead?? I was very curious after suggesting Ebay. I saw them anywhere from current Bid$36.00 all the way up to asking $777.74! Looks like an awesome reel. Ask at a local Pro shop? Maybe they can help you make sure you get every penny it's worth! Good Luck! Hope this helped a little?? Keep on Cathin'!
