Hope you enjoy the trip! Tight lines!
Fresh or saltwater, alot of territory to cover.
Hey, don't knock on us rednecks!! Lol
??? Do I have to limit it to one trip, with only one historical figure. I'd like to get in several trips with several different individuals, and learn from them all!!
Welcome Glicker, hope you get the info that'll help you have a great time!
Now you got me thinking like, Bubba Gump!
Sorry after sending first reply I'm not out of fishing, just out of bass tournament fishing. Just wanted to correct myself!
Good morning FG and everyone! I'm in Eastern North Carolina, my greatest passion is bass fishing, I fished bass tournaments for several years in a bass club but also panfish, some catfishing, inshore saltwater and pier fish once or twice a year. Had to get out because of I changed jobs, now work 12 hour swing shifts and wife's medical issues.I'm not an expert by any means but am willing to help out anyway I can. I want to thank you for what you are trying to do and hope you the best of luck in your adventure.
Good info Capt Lou, Good Morning back to ya, FG!!
Welcome to the forum, CBD!! Where in NC are you located? YouTube, Wired2fish and others have alot of videos to watch. As far as lures, it's really to each, his own!! Smaller spinnerbaits, plastic worms Texas rigged or wacky rigged, the list goes on and on. Fishing magazines and videos will be your best info, unless you can befriend someone that you can team up with to learn from!! Best of luck and hopefully tight lines!!
We eat them in NC, don't know if it's the same species. 2 strips along the back, good eating. Better check it out thoroughly before eating just to make sure, dont need any zombies in the USA!!!
Welcome to the forum, Ijj. Sorry I can't help you out, as far as your location. Tackle really depends on what fish you will be after. As stated earlier, if you have a fishing tackle store close by, you could get alot of info from there, and probably meet someone willing to teach you the ins and outside. Hope you the best of luck! Tight lines!!
You go Joe, most of us good old guys ain't into trashing our beautiful outdoors anyway, anytime. Hope you enjoy those lures and catch a bunch of bigg'uns. Tight lines and best of luck to ya. And hope you have A MERRY CHRISTMAS
