Mornin' OZ and Everyone. OZ asked me how big my spreadsheet was last night. I replied that I would tell him today. Last night I was too far into beer time and it was too late. I had gotten up at 3:00 AM yesterday to start work on this, and I had worked most of the day on it. Anyway and anyhow, It's going to be great, but I'm suffering from a lack of organization. What I intend to end up with is a system that will tell me where everyone lives so I can refer people to the local people in that area to help answer their questions about that area. In other words, if a person was going to Cape Cod for a week of fishing in July. I know that Cape Cod is in Mass. and I know MLT lives in the Cape Cod area. I would be able to tell the people who were going fishing there to get ahold of MLT and maybe he would be able to help them out. I also have a spreadsheet on the different areas of interest. Last night a person had a crack in the cork of his fly rod handle. Being a retired rod crafter I gave him a suggestion but also referred him to Kerry Hansen, who is the best rod crafter that I know. I know that there is another rod crafter on here that I have touched base with but I can't remember who or where he was. It was well before the time I was keeping a spreadsheet. So, guys and gals, if you want to help me out so that I may help you out, give me as much information as you want. If you don't want to help anyone, that fine too, but, please, fill out the location on your profile sheet. The areas of expertise that I have are; inshore/pier fishing, offshore fishing, freshwater fishing, saltwater fishing, bass fishing, trout fishing, fly fishing, ice fishing, panfish fishing, salmon fishing, fishing in AK., rod & reel problems, inquiring newbies and misc. questions. I could add more as they come up. If you want to be a buddy and you do have some expertise in an area and you want to help someone out, let me know. For example, if you fish the Miss. River for bass, successfully, that would be good to know. Or, if you have some experience repairing reels and can help someone out, let me know. This is a much bigger job than I had anticipated and it is the Holiday Season, so, I will do the best that I can. If you want to fire me, that is fine too. FYI: as of 4:00 am this morning there were 12042 members on this Forum, most of them coming from NC, followed by TX. CA. & FL., according to my calculations. Only one from MN., me. They must all be frozen up here. Fill out your location on the profile sheet. Have a good day.

Good morning Flyguy. Thanks for what you are doing. It may seem to be of little consequence to some but I am sure that what you are doing will pay off for lots of folks who need/want help with information and problem solving. Kudos buddy!!!!!!!!!

Good morning FG and everyone! I'm in Eastern North Carolina, my greatest passion is bass fishing, I fished bass tournaments for several years in a bass club but also panfish, some catfishing, inshore saltwater and pier fish once or twice a year. Had to get out because of I changed jobs, now work 12 hour swing shifts and wife's medical issues.I'm not an expert by any means but am willing to help out anyway I can. I want to thank you for what you are trying to do and hope you the best of luck in your adventure.
