Yellow perch forcast. Seen a lot of numbers but nothing to say if it is going to be good get better or forget it. Has anyone found anything that breaks it down on a few words

I haven’t heard anything good about the population. Last Lake Erie charter captain I talked to last fall didn’t have high hopes. I’d like see a come back in the population. Some say they are still there though just can’t catch them because they are fat on gobies.

Good Morning,
Amazing video over South Carolina Beach.

Eagle-eyed experts soon determined the ill-fated fish was not actually a shark but rather a ladyfish, a species that can grow up to 3 feet long with sharp teeth and a dorsal fin.

The killer bird was most likely an osprey, David Barrett, a birdwatcher who runs the twitter account Manhattan Bird Alert, told The Post.

That was a neat video . One big bird with one big fish. Thanks for sharing. I’ve seen bald eagles with various creatures in their talons.

Like most of you I have a tackle box overloaded with very pretty lures, did I mention $$$$ for all this stuff?
Went after bass a few days ago and just for fun I pulled out a K.E. Bass stopper.
Pre rigged, 3 hook, purple worm with orange tail. Couldn't keep the bass off of it. Did I mention it coas $1.98?
Got 14 in 2hrs, biggest was 19in.
Why do we spend so much money to fill our tackle boxes with 10 dollar crank baits?

I can’t answer your question
All I can say is I have the same thing going on with fishing tackle
The K.E bass stopper purple worm is probably what caught my first bass and a lot of them. Very simple to use and inexpensive.

What kind of fish is this, kinda of a petty thing , what would be a good rod to catch one on. Where do they live, what would be a good lure or fly to use. Can you eat them.

Cutthroat trout - I caught lots of them in Colorado back in 2005 on purple woolly buggers. Some were pretty big I thought well over 20 inches. Realeased them all so I can say how they taste.

They are good for ned rigging, because they make the jig stand on end on the bottom

Are you catching smallmouth with them that way? What are you after with the harness?

True they are watching you thinking wow he’s looking for us in this cold weather but we see him so we will stay bunker down seriously is wild turkey good to eat? Never tried it but see a lot of them around here in my neighborhood

Turkey breast are delicious! I season and grill them cut in chunks rolled in breading and deep fry . Legs and thighs are good put in crockpot and then shred for creamed turkey over biscuits and mashed potatoes. Or shred it all and add bbq sauce for sandwiches.

I ordered the 2in. that float and was hoping to Ned rig them. I’ve never tried the Ned rig system yet. I was also wanting to float them to.

Hi fellow fishermen. Anybody know anything about Quantum Throttle spinning reels. I bought one last week on sale. Just wondering if I got a deal or not at $35. It feels and looks like good quality to me. I haven’t put it to use yet unfortunately. Thanks

I have a 7ft Fenwick Eagle rod. I use it mostly for walleye fishing, has served me well. I don’t have any experience with the reels.

I sure would like to back out on Lake Erie with my grandpa again fishing for walleye. He always had a boat and camper there when I was a kid. Spent a lot of weekends fishing with him on “Chucky’s Toy”.
