If you are referring to the ones that float, they work well for ned rigging. I have also used the large crawlers on crawler harnesses.

I ordered the 2in. that float and was hoping to Ned rig them. I’ve never tried the Ned rig system yet. I was also wanting to float them to.

They are good for ned rigging, because they make the jig stand on end on the bottom

Are you catching smallmouth with them that way? What are you after with the harness?

Large and Smallmouth with the ned, walleye with the harness. I'm an equal opportunity fisherman.

I use them for trout. Just hook them through one end and fish on the bottom. They work great. Good luck.
