Looks like a good time to me. I grew up with skunks so I appreciate all Mother Nature has to offer. Great pics.
Thanks Mr. Fish.

I did catch a dozen on worm, crank n top,

Landed flat on the gravel, got rocks in my knee,
The most biggest damage - how I feel about me.
So the message that's tucked in today's silly pome,

The fishin was fun, waves, sweat and all.

Most important two words to remember for a long life. ā€œDONā€™T FALLā€

How does that happen? Intake manifold is the only opening that can take on water. Fuel with any water will stall before it fills up a cylinder. Oil would be all over if there was an opening big enough to take on water. Cooling system is it a closed or open system? Did you throw a rod? I donā€™t claim to be a total expert, but this isnā€™t making sense to me. Any other opinions out there???

Straight vinegar works good on boat carpet for mold and mildew issues.
Soak carpet in vinegar and let dry.

Okay. If thatā€™s the reason. I guess if someone else is buying the fuel.

Whatā€™s the PACT Act and how will it affect my VA benefits and care?

The PACT Act is perhaps the largest health care and benefit expansion in VA history. The full name of the law is The Sergeant First Class (SFC) Heath Robinson Honoring our Promise to Address Comprehensive Toxics (PACT) Act.

The PACT Act will bring these changes:

Expands and extends eligibility for VA health care for Veterans with toxic exposures and Veterans of the Vietnam, Gulf War, and post-9/11 eras
Adds more than 20 new presumptive conditions for burn pits and other toxic exposures
Adds more presumptive-exposure locations for Agent Orange and radiation
Requires VA to provide a toxic exposure screening to every Veteran enrolled in VA health care
Helps us improve research, staff education, and treatment related to toxic exposures
If youā€™re a Veteran or survivor, you can file claims now to apply for PACT Act-related benefits.

Exactly, they need to simplify legislation to a single issue. Publish so we can read it. Allow time for us to respond to OUR representatives. Then v**e. I canā€™t read a 2000 page health care bill. I tried. They didnā€™t.

It was a total referring to this and that. You would need 20 copies open to comprehend.

Companies are focusing on short term profit. Long term planning doesnā€™t show up in stock market performance. The Chinese are going to turn Africa and South America into new major markets for them. It might take 50 years but thatā€™s long term planning.

Kind of on the subject. Truck drivers let their trucks run on while parked at docks. Today four trucks are backed up getting loaded and sitting there running. Driver out of the truck. Lots of noise and wasted petrol. I heard it was supposed to be better for wear on the engine than shutting down and restarting. If thatā€™s correct why not have an auxiliary electric fuel pump to get the oil pressure up before starting.

I was never in the military but I have a lot of respect for our service people. I remember how long it took to acknowledge agent orange causing a lot of illness for our veterans. Now I canā€™t believe that politicians have v**ed against giving help to veterans were affected by the the burn pits. Playing politics with our veterans is wrong.

I have a nephew that was around those burn pits. I certainly would want any help he could get. The news I heard if you can believe anything these days: the bill to support vets was loaded down with a lot of other junk. If thatā€™s true it is the same issue that seems to bog down a lot of well intentioned legislation.

Welcome fellow Missourian!

A bunch of great water around. I am spoiled on a private lake now, but many years ago I fished some of the same waters you have. More fishing than catching, but always enjoying.

You are correct. It is quite an undertaking to just get the frame mounted and solid.
