Exxon netted over 17 billion last quarter, that's $2,400+per second, NET, twice what I make in a month.
They have known about G****l W*****g for 60 yrs. They could have, with their science, power and condiderable means, lead the search for cleaner burning engines, more efficient fuels and better and more biodegradable plastics all while making a respectable profit and might be known as National Heroes. Now they will be evermore known for their GREED.

Doesn't it make more sense to find a solution for a problem first before shutting down the supposed
problem?

Thats what I was sugesting they could have been doing for 60yrs. We might not have the problem now if they had. Oil cannot be shut down anytime soon, too many uses there is no substitute for.

Mike Adams of Brighteon.com says that we are about to suffer a shut down of diesel oil supplies. He owns his own YouTube-like video platform. They can't make the additive for diesel oil and it will run out and shut down all trucking and train freight until sometime in 2023.

Ok, I'm an ignorant housewife, my brother was the motor guy and he's gone. What is the additive, who was making it and why can't they now? Is this another manmade problem?

I understand this is a fishing forum for all of us "addicted," and photos are the most rewarding and we should all stick to that focus; but since you have engaged....My understanding is Exxon (pre Exxon-Mobil) knew in the late '70s re: the industry climate impact and developed plans, including the falsity of business model plastics recycling. Even when they knew better (i.e. most plastics are not recyclable), "they" created a myth that supported making more plastics.

It is some kind of government shut-off. The additive is what is needed to make diesel oil. There are only two companies that make the additive. Here is a link that tells about the problem. I couldn't find Mike's video but he checked it out and reported on the t***h of the shortage.

do you know what the return on investment was?
of course they didn't talk about g****l w*****g 60 years ago it was g****l c*****g and we were going into another ice age then in the last 20 years or so it was g****l w*****g and by now all the Ice caps were going to be under water, but in the early 2000 when dated showed things were starting to cool a bit they changed it to c*****e c****e to fit either senerio. bottom line the climate alarmist have never gotten their doomsday predictions right so why would any serious minded person or company take what they say with any more than a grain of salt. t***h is the climate goes through cycles and there is not much anyone can do about it. so why should or would exon be respectable for causing or solving a natural climate cycles they are in business to make a profit not solve made up crisis

The arctic is melting, the permafrost is on fire, they want to artificially refreeze it so they can drill. Look up the willow project. Yet 2 Timothy 4.1 still applies.
Im done.

I'm thinking you are referring to 1 Timothy 4:1 not 2 Timothy 4:1. and thinking the deceitful spirits might include the new religion of hyper environmentalism and the worship of earth and their doctrine of man caused g****l w*****g that is more faith than true verifiable fact.

I ment 2 Timothy 1-4.
1st Timothy. Is about telling us who we can't marry and what we can't do with our own bodies.

it's more accurately about warning against false teachers and living a righteous life and the requirements for a person who is a leader in the church. it is written to those who were believers and wanting to live righteous lives.

Exactly.
Also applies in the secular. And the 'rightous' have no business telling the secular what to do. That is between each person and God. Whether they believe or not.

you are correct the believers have no more right to tell unbelievers what to do than non believers have the right to tell believers what to do each will stand or fall before God on their own choices they make. but each has the right to proclaim their beliefs and try to persuade others to agree with them. so back to your original post you have a right to try to convince me there is a climate emergency and ExxonMobil is at fault and I have the right to try to convince you that you are wrong not sure what that really has to do with 1st or 2ed Timothy
