I seen a ton of big bass in the middle of the lake by the island. The water there is only 10 or 15 feet deep and big rocks there. They were chasing minnows and I could see them under water. Trout is slow but they just planted last week, so hope it picks up when they relax a little.

Well a lot of boaters don't like them, but I bought a pontoon boat and couldn't be happier. I've had many boats and my wife wanted one that the grandkids could have fun on, and she wasn't wrong. It's so comfortable and waves are not a problem. I go fishing by myself and it's so easy to unload and load I can't believe it.

Definitely bullards bar, kokanee easy to catch and camping everywhere on the lake. Engalbrite for me is more of a winter trout fishing spot. I prefer dark day boat ramp because the one at the dam is packed with people and boats in the summer.

Ya wasn't sure if it's a stocked lake or wild, and what do they stock it with. I've seen it frozen over about 20 years ago, so I didn't know if it does every year, and what affect it has on the fish.

I seen that goose at Collins lake last week and questioned myself on what it was. It has Canadian goose patterns but very light colors. I was leaning albino.
