Bob - she wasn't in 2001 Space Odyssey; you might be thinking of Fantastic Voyage.

Sorry it was 1 million years BC. My mistake.

Hello stagers,
Here's a trivia question about a blast from the past movie.
In the movie 2001 A Space Odyssey what was the name of the supercomputer?
I'm sure that many of you will remember this one.
Commander Bell out 👍

Never got past Raquel Welsh.

Thanks Bob for removing it. I wasn't offended just didn't want to see the thread end up in the attic.

I wasn't the one that removed it. But I did get schooled in the text. No problem here.

Bob, the bridge is a sensitive topic in these parts with the loss of life of locals and your pic might get this thread sent to the attic. You might want to ask admin to remove it instead of getting it sent to the attic.

Sorry, didn't mean to offend anyone. It won't happen again.

I asked my Asian friend, he said it's nicer than a Rincolin.

Here is a trivia question about the fastest flying insect alive today 😀
This insect can reach speeds of up to 35 mph.
What is this Speedy Gonzales of the Insect world 🌎

I believe it is a moth but I can't remember the proper name for it.

With all of my time in the woods, or on the water I have noticed many things, or behaviors. For example, when you see a flock of Canadian geese migrating, they fly in a large V formation. Typically, one “leg” of the V is longer than the other side. Does anyone know why that is?

There are more geese on that side.

I was wondering where penguins came from. Now I know.

Hello stagers,
We all know that the Blue Whale 🐋 is the largest mammal ever to inhabit the earth 🌎
My question for you today is,
what is the smallest species of Whale?
I'm sure you'll have a Whale of a time answering this one?

Feelslikea whale. My brother would catch them all the time.

Got back from Tahoe Tuesday and had 2 VA Dr apts, one on Weds the 6th and today, Fri the 8th.
First one was for my right knee. They finally gave me a cortisone shot. It seems to have helped a lot. Hope it continues to improve.
Today, a different Dr and he cave me a cortisone shot in my left thumb. Hopefully it will help as much as the knee one has.
Guess the knee Dr isn't a thumb Dr. Don't know why the first couldn't do BOTH of them. OH WELL, whatever. It's done now.
Will let y'all know how much, if anymore, they help.

Good luck with them. When my knee was bad the first shot lasted about 1 month after that it wasn't as effective. The only thing that helped was a full knee replacement. That went well and feels as good as new. If I had to do the other one I would go in a heartbeat. I'm too much of a Sally to do them both like I've seen other do. One at a time is all I think I could handle. Fortunately the other knee is fine. Messed up just one in high-school football.

I have often wondered why Donald Sutherland did not get the same kind of treatment as Jane since he was there with her?

If I remember correctly Hanoi Jane shook hands with a prisoner who palmed her a note. Then Jane handed the note to the Vietnamese that were holding the prisoners. Sutherland didn't do that as far as I remember. Please feel free to correct me if I got this wrong. I'm 72 and don't remember things like I use too. I do remember Capt. Kangaroo but my joints don't hurt anytime, thank God. I'm sure my time is coming.
