Excellently stated! I agree wholeheartedly that the person who stated that is a real work of art and needs to the taken down several notches. Hopefully his antics will be detected by a wildlife, or other law officer, and given a large fine/jail time. It appears to me he would deserve it.
I am nearly 70 years young, and have always made sure I had the necessary license with me when hunting/fishing. I now have my lifetime hunting/fishing/trout licenses for Arkansas. For an Arkansas senior citizen the price was well worth it.

My grandfather taught me to score the fine bones about every 1/4 inch. They will crisp up when fried, and cause no problem when eaten. DO NOT CUT COMPLETELY THROUGH THE FLESH, ONLY THROUGH THE BONES.
