The media has struck again. The pipe line going to the north east is shut down and our media has the south out of gas. This is a gas tank farm about a mile from our liquor store. Only shortage is not enough pumps to fill the trucks. This is at Buckeye Oil Co. On Virginia Ave. North Charleston.

First off how are you Gordon sorry been awhile since I been on here second ya where I live it is oil and gas central bit thanks to biden shutting down alot of places with his new regulations its difficult to even find work here

Well guys, I'm gonna be off the stage for a few days. Have to go up to Tahoe for a few days and check on the house and get some stuff. Be leavin early in the morning.
Won't have time to fish up there this time, but trout stream season isn't open yet anyway.
I'll be back Sunday sometime so y'all behave yourselves while I'm gone.

I noticed my dog chewing on something in the backyard yesterday afternoon. I went out there to discover he was eating a beer can. He had found an old one in part of the vegetable garden. A trip to the vet and X-rays show small pieces of aluminum in his stomach. Too small to be able to remove surgically. At the vet's recommendation we are feeding him canned pumpkin and bread and praying he will pass this without causing internal damage. Prayers appreciated for Cash. The next 3 days or so will be stressful. This guy is my buddy. Prayers appreciated.

Prayers with you I used Gatorade for mine to pass the aluminium believe it or bot happens more times then you think just give ton of fluids and feed normally if you dont it will shock his body and the aluminium will not digest

This is a tribute to my dad’s brother (my uncle John), my friend, mentor and fishing buddy. He passed away last night at the age of 91. The picture was taken this fall on a public pond near home due to his inability to travel any distance comfortably. He’s the last of my parent’s generation and I sincerely hope to be able to fill his shoes.

God bless you and your family

I was thinking about naming my poles, and I've already named some of my luckier and more interesting lures. Am I the only one who does this?

If you name your poles or lures, what did you name them and why?
