Just put a missive on another thread regarding my holiday wishes to you all.
Anybody else a bit misty-eyed over how a bunch of grumpy old farts can be kinda sappy, when it comes right down to "brass tacks" and "feelings" ?
Y'all be safe, wear your masks and cheers πŸ₯ƒπŸ‘ to a New Year coming πŸŽ‰πŸŽˆπŸ€“ !

After reading all these best wishes I'm starting to worry about the Meet & Great.
When it's over & time to part ways I'm afraid it'll turn into the bawling, crying, boo hooing mess of old geezers ever assembled. Egghead started it so he better be there. I'll be there, crying towel in hand.+

Hey BC. Merry Christmas buddy. I'm really lookin forward to the M&G also. However, I think we might have to postpone it a while. I don't think this covid stuff is goin to be under control enough for us all to take a chance on a meeting as large as this of guys and gals from all over the country. It would be REALLY bad if some came down with the virus/died from our get together.

I concur Saw. Since Kansas is where I grew up, I was trying to combine the m&g with my 50th from high school and an alumni gathering at my college nearby. Sweet combo & justification for the 3500++mile round trip.
However, H.S. reunion talk is leaning towards virtual, and university hasn't issued guidelines, yet.
Hopeful, but sadly, not optimistic.

Howdy Saw. Hope you catch your PB every time you go out this coming year. The M & G has given me some concern. Even 1 member catching covid & spending time in the hospital is too many. Considering the age of our members it is probably best to postpone the much awaited event. I really want to fish that lake & meet all you great members but.... My fishing buddy & I are tossing around the thought of cancelling our yearly crappie fishing trip to lake fork, Texas. Haven't missed more than once in 20 years. I'll go along with the power's that be on the
M&G. I'm not even going to Kansas pheasant hunting this year. This sucks. Tight lines Saw!
