If you like Rodney Dangerfield, Easy Money or Back to School. Both are hilarious..if you like Rodney.
Very nice. I’m in Knoxville. Where were you fishing, if you don’t mind saying?
Wooly Bugger or an Adams. Tough call.
What do you play? I’m a cellist in the Knoxville Symphony.
I got an 8 weight rod/reel from LLBean that I’m very happy with. I thought it was reasonably priced.
I use Vanguard. Own mainly dividend stocks. Write covered calls, and occasional puts on stocks I would like to buy at a lower price. Otherwise, just watch the dividends roll in, and reinvest them.
Drive down to Townsend and ask the folks at Little River Outfitters. They are very knowledgeable.
La Gloria Cubana Wavell while fly fishing. Doesn’t get better.
Check LLBean. Got a really nice #8 rod and large arbor reel from them a couple of years ago.
So sorry to hear this news. Are you doing ok, BB? Haven’t heard from you in a while.
My luck with lake trout in Maine lakes has been with tandem streamers and a flasher or dodger. The key seems to be get as close to the bottom as possible.
Is that the same moose pond outside of Greenville? Noticed it on maps but never fished there.
I’ve heard folks are having some luck up at Rockwood, at mouth of Moose river. Good luck and let us know how you do.
Black ghost, for a good minnow imitation.
Otherwise, my go to streamers also include black nose dace, Mickey Finn (never fails) and Supervisor. I also agree with Howfisher. The Wooly Buggers are consistent producers.
Waiting for ice out on Rangeley.
