Not sure! They can get up to 15+lbs. biggest I’ve caught was around 8lbs...
Well, it’s that time of year... I’ll be hanging up my bass gear and switching into saltwater mode! My wife, daughter, dog and I are heading down to Baja Sur Mexico next month for a 6 week surfing and fishing adventure! My dog (Boxer) and I will be driving the entire Baja Peninsula in my 2014, Ford E150 flex fuel Econoline Van and my girls will fly down and meet me in San Jose del Cabo after I arrive. When I’m not surfing I’ll be fishing from shore for Snook, Snapper, Grouper, and Rooster Fish...
I have both! Great reels for the price! That said, I have 3 Sedona’s and 1 Presidente for a reason.... that being the Sedona is simply a workhorse of reel! Smooth, great drag and lasts forever! One of my Sedona’s is 12 years old and I’ve used it in fresh and saltwater! Morel of the story... the Sedona wins by far!

Best jerkbaits on the market!!! That said, the Jakel Rerange is a close second for $14.99! The Jakel Squirrel is the deep diving version and can get to 12 feet in light line! But, still a close second!

I don’t use bait. That said, I’ve caught hundreds of trout from the California Sierras, to Oregon and Washington State to all the way out in Tennessee and the only lure I fish with is a classic Panther Martin spinner in sizes #1 & #2... when I say hundreds I mean hundreds!
I’ve fished the fly and bobber technique and caught trout on it. That said, I’ve always had great success and caught hundreds of trout fishing a #1 or #2 Panther Martin spinner... they flat out catch trout!
