Well, it’s that time of year... I’ll be hanging up my bass gear and switching into saltwater mode! My wife, daughter, dog and I are heading down to Baja Sur Mexico next month for a 6 week surfing and fishing adventure! My dog (Boxer) and I will be driving the entire Baja Peninsula in my 2014, Ford E150 flex fuel Econoline Van and my girls will fly down and meet me in San Jose del Cabo after I arrive. When I’m not surfing I’ll be fishing from shore for Snook, Snapper, Grouper, and Rooster Fish...

Wow ,that sounds great good luck and tight lines, I've fished quite a bit on the east cape ,,the White Snook are the the type in those waters.

Not sure! They can get up to 15+lbs. biggest I’ve caught was around 8lbs...

I researched it.....Pacific Black Snook, has a limited range right in that area you're going. Catch one, I'd love to see the pics

There is also White Snook , they call them both Robalo's

True, white snook are in that zone, closely resembles the common snook which is what we have here. Don't get as big as the Black Pacific Snook.
