Avondale Estates.....I used to live very near there back in the 70's. It was a beautiful place then.
Thanks for the poem Crog1967. It sounds like you have a lot of fond memories of fishing with your Dad.

That's awesome.
Thanks again,

Thanks a bunch ForF that project was quite challenging. I started building this jewelry box a couple years ago and got frustrated about halfway through the build so I scraped it. I’ve been woodworking for 45 or so years now. I still wanted to build this so thought about what went wrong and started over after the first of the year and got beyond where the problems I was having. Only the base had Kragg screws into the main frame, the rest was assembled with the original titebond glue. Putting the adhesive felt in the top, drawers and sides took some practice but got it done. I started woodworking in junior high and took a brake while in the navy then got back into making things and enjoy the challenge each project presents me.

Thanks a bunch for your comments, my daughter was really surprised and fell in love with it shortly after I gave it to her this evening.

My youngest (Ben) gets his Brittany today, he’s been waiting 2.5 years for the little rascal. We are both so excited to the extent of not sleeping for shi# last night. We pick him up at 9AM this morning and that can’t come soon enough. I’ll post pictures of the little shaver if anyones interested.

Sure sounds like a deal, puppies are always neat.

I'm sure it's smooth, compared to a cane pole with a zebco 202. No one said it was great he always want one and got it.
