My youngest (Ben) gets his Brittany today, he’s been waiting 2.5 years for the little rascal. We are both so excited to the extent of not sleeping for shi# last night. We pick him up at 9AM this morning and that can’t come soon enough. I’ll post pictures of the little shaver if anyones interested.

Yeah it is Grizz, he’s a small time breeder but puts out some exceptional gun dogs. He’s kind of a quirky guy that wants to be sure you’re going to be a good companion for his dogs. Mandatory meet and greets each Saturday at specified times (and you better be on time) and observes your interactions with his pups until he commits. He’s all about his dogs.

Good mornin', Brad and Grizz. You even got me excited, Brad. And I don't get excited much anymore.

That man is serious n I don't blame him. Most are come get em. I got to hunt with some good rabbit dogs but never a good bird dog. I'm sure your son is busting at the seams. We'll be waiting on the pics👍👍

Gmon FG. Puppies tend to do that. Even to us old guys 😊

Used to have a beagle named Peggy as a kid Grizz, she was a good rabbit dog and it sure was lots of fun watching them work the bunnies. That hasenfeffer wasn’t too bad on the table either.

And here i thought i had a quirky breeder. In order to get my German Shepard the breeder came to our house without the pup we chose, to look at his new living conditions.

By all means post pics bk.

Not much like a new puppy! Looking forward to seeing the pics. A buddy had a NAVHDA Master Hunter Brittany which was an absolute treat to hunt behind.

Nothing much better than a good dog even if it is just a pet

Been quite a wait Brad, but it's good to see the breeder cares so much. Better than some greedy puppy mill. Looking forward to the pix.

I'll be waiting on pictures. I use to raise and train them in the 80's. Good quail dogs down here.

If you put a wind up clock ⏰ under your dog's pillow, he will sleep better. The
clocks ticking noise simulates the momma dogs heartbeat.
