what is ethanol? I was in the tanker business when fuel went from leaded to unleaded then to mtbe then to ethanol what I can tell you is we loaded alcohol from cheese factories wineries or plant alcohol was the start and then we would pump 5 gallons in the load so you could not drink the pure alcohol which some truckers would do after the gas was loaded to the alcohol it became ethanol. Calif. has been putting alcohol in the gas for along time in the winter to up the octane of the gas

fishing at the res has been better but you can still get on the water at the bath tub i lunch my tracker deep V there. as you said Paradise RV is the best place to stay at the Res the marina at the other RV park is good but the owners of the park are not people friendly as i have posted before as I have stayed there before and will not spend a dime there it use to be a nice park. I am looking forward to the tournament on the 9th of Oct.

Bridgeport Ca is having a tournament on Oct 9 should be fun $40.00 sign in with dinner after. check out kenssport.com for info. I will be camped at the reservoir near the boat ramp Black Ford PU and cabover and black tracker. I may have some cold beer or captain Morgan but better to BYO.

I have a bamboo fly rod that was my dads it was made in the 50s i have not use it since 2000 when my dad passed. I would like to show my son how to use it but i am worried about it may have dried out and it brittle any help on what i can use to help it ? i was thinking linseed oil or some thing like it how about DMSO its a lite oil looking for help don't want it to break it . I still remember the feel of the rod.
