Wow!!!!! looks great. The only problem for me is the "pike minnow" for a lot of use is called a Sacramento Pike.

That said, I will not eat that boned filled half-cousin of a carp. Personal problem I have from years ago. LOL

Looks to me you have the sac. river down to a science. Congrats, thanks for the pics.

Lots of Nor Cal people, they will be checking in I am sure. I Live in Stonyford across the valley but as soon as the "beer virus " is solved and the heat in the day is less I will. start moving around the north state.

If you are kinda new then you are doing GREAT to get on the stripers in the Sac. congrats shoot us some pics if you can everyone here loves to see pictures.

Well the only ones I know are the easy ones. Heddon River runts, L & S Mirror Lure, and hair raser jigs

I have seen the metal lipped ones but so much for my memory. LOL

Thx,

Great job, they are for sure Sac Perch. All my years I only caught one. I took a Polaroid pic. and a few days later showed the pic. to F&G friend of mine. He said, Sac. Perch not. many left at that time.

Great fishing and thx for the pic. Your fishing buddy is beautiful

BF,

Only the "Hag" will do sometimes!!! Many years ago the Hag bought the Silverthorn Resort on Lake Shasta.

He had a bass tournament and I fished everyone, but the truth is the night before was a very personal concert Just for the anglers. That was why I was really there.

Gluck,

Scorchy

P.S. He fished also, I think his partner and friend was named Darrel Bourouse s.p.?

Thanks for giving me a reason to have those stored memories to come alive again!!

Oh man!!!!!!!

I was thinking it was a PM, shoot now I really will have to save, disabled, retired on a fixed income.

LMAO, just kidding, about the PM. I have a butcher friend that gets a cut of beef called no I can't tell you all. But I will do my best to bring as much as I can to the M&G. We, my friend and I talked last weekend and I told him about how lucky I was to find this site, he said you are only about 30 hrs. out get that new trailer you have been talking about and I will get you the beef! So I guess I will have to talk to Randy around the 1st.of March to get a head count.

Thanks for letting me have some fun........ it has been a very, very tough year for all of us and you all are so positive and uplifting thank-you

One question pls. Troy?

Could I put it in any container and then store it in the saddlebags of say a trailer like my Weber Q??

Sure would like to have that come M&G time next year, I am trying to afford to buy enough of a type of beef cut to give everyone a big cut to try, but don't tell anyone it will be a surprise

Hi Scorchy. Pretty much all of these are freshwater except maybe the Bagleys' Fat Cat in blue mack. that I often used this back trolling for salmon and steelhead in rivers. Hope you had fun. I will be posting more.

I so have had fun because I am an old guy, young old but old still in fishing

Thx

morning Geomike,

You are prolly right on others they sound like saltwater colors and lures. I have done very little saltwater fishing.

I have enjoyed all in the past. Thx
