I just recently got one for Christmas and I fish for bass redfish speckledtrout. I have the medium one. Does anyone think it is too stiff for that type of fishing?

Is it okay to use glow in the dark in the day. I recently got some lures that I thought were white, but it turns out they glow. I think that is okay, but wanted to make sure.

Hello everyone,
As Christmas comes soon I’ve had offers for Christmas gifts. I need help choosing a spinning reel and rod for about $75. Maybe less or more. I need it for redfish, speckled trout, flounder, largemouth bass. I prefer to be sort of light, light enough to cast smaller lures like spoons, and small weights. Thank you

Hello everyone. I am just below an intermediate fisherman and I fish for a variety of fish like bass, speckled trout, redfish, flounder. I use most of my rods in saltwater and freshwater and this really aggravates me. I’ve lost 3 reels to use. What happens is I can’t turn the handle on the reel. But I can turn the whole bailand reel in. I always wash my poles good after fishing and store them inside. Could someone tell me how to fix/prevent this?
