Flyguy don’t bass fish,must have read his blog wrong,thought all Texans bass fished Saw you need to talk to him.
Read about a one fish tournament awhile back.a participant went a day early to prefish and located the fish,the next day he went back and on his first cast he caught a big fish and won the tournament,how about that, he had to wait until the weigh in time but still won on his first cast of the day!

Was fishing with my buddy Dave in lake Sonoma,cherry creek arm,shallow water,Dave said,Jim,cast over where I am fishing, I have a fish on and maybe he has a buddy,I cast over by his hook up and bam I have fish on we both start reeling in and both have the same fish on our rigs. Another time in Lake Sonoma,warm springs arm I was fishing a green and white sinko Texas rigged,reeling in fast to recast and when the worm was about a foot 🦶 out of the water a 2lb lm bass jumped clear out of the water and inhaled it.
