No it is not bad especially in your lure trays and terminal tackle. Remember the soft elastic baits from
Z-Man must be stored separately from other plastics...a tray or bag by itself.

After breaking some rods that are twice the price, I bought a MY Ugly Stik and didn't like it. Next I bought an Ugly Stik Elite Medium and really like it. Later I bought another one and will again on the next break. They are around $50 with a 7 year warranty. Now you have a $100 left for a reel.

They have some very large ones in Branson, MO, but nothing compares to this.

I understand the guys at tacticalbassin uz braid to mono. If it is good enough for them, it is for me. Plus tying a lure on straight braid is hard for this old man.

You guys are the best. You have convinced me that I need to own a good one, but the choice brand will be a tough one.

I am a Gerber preferrer. Have had several of both. You couldn’t carry them on the plane when I flew. The TSA PEOPLE seemed to remove them from my luggage when I flew. I even hid them in a sock inside a pair of my boots and they still disappeared. Hope they enjoyed them as much as I did.

The TSA folks are definitely thieves. My wife had a new bra stolen on a non-stop flight from Tulsa to Denver.

I have a Swiss army knife that my brother gave me when I was 11 and a small n free must-tool that I keep I the car. I am considering asking for a better one for Christmas, but now am wondering how often you guys use your good one in a week and how much did it cost? (the prices seem to have quite a range and made in America really adds to the price)

Thank you

I saw that first on Amazon Prime video. So this was a re-run for me, but I laughed both times.
