Yummy. Can't go wrong with fish tacos, or deviled eggs.

Inspires me to make the same.
Went fishing out of Dana Wharf (CA) on 8/1 with my son and 3 grandsons. Caught some nice rockfish and had most of them filleted on the boat. On 8/2, I got to cook with my son, and we made fish tostadas according to a recipe from fishermensbelly.com. We polished off all the fillets from all five of us. Great Sunday dinner!

Mmm, Baja fish tacos with sour cream & salsa.
Just as tasty as deviled eggs but in a different way, try them!
RJS can verify how good they are.
nice! did you go on a charter? I like to fish from my kayak launched from Dana Point. Pretty new to it, but it has been a ton of fun so far.
