Thanks for all the birthday wishes guys. Was off today by still braved the heat. Cooked some steaks and venison sausage, had some corn on the cob seasoned with a little Zatarans crab and shrimp boil along with a nice sensation salad. C’est bon. Probably could have just left the meat on the pit out in the sun with the same results. 😁 Desert is ready, Sweet potato pecan pie with praline’s and cream ice cream. Good Lord, I’m a lucky man. And about five pounds heavier. 👍
