I'm a thigh guy. Dark meat for sure. I like hearts also, but they're so cheap I fry em up for my dogs. Then they can share with me.

Dark for me also. But back in mid 60s my wife would bread and deep fry gizzards and hearts. But no livers for me catfish bait only. Yuck!

That’s what I been trying to eat for supper steak and eggs I can eat half a dozen at a time I try not to cook that many though but they are starting to come down a little now though thankfully I usually buy fresh ones off people I know might not have to before long I reckon my daughter has got chickens now so once I get a coop going we’ll be supplying ourselves
