Buy them directly from Leland Baits. 50 bodies for $4.99 and jig heads are 25 for about $6.50. I love them. The crappie magnets are bigger than trout magnets. Personally, I have better luck on the trout magnets. The bodies in pink/white and chartreuse/orange are great for panfish.
I use the trout magnets all of the time for crappie and blue gills. They do work for trout too. The jig heads are great and allow for a diving or swimming action. I have used to cast and retrieve or jig under a slip bobber.
Check with Hayward Bait and Liquor. They should be able to answer all your questions or point you to someone who does.
A 4 wt. fly rod with Trout Magnets work well. Jig or cast and allow to slow sink.
I suggest you look at Lake Link or fishidy. I have fished it for walleyes and crappies. Evening bites have been best for me on both. Fish the current breaks in 6-14 FOW in late April and early May as the fish move into the shallow areas. 1/4 to 3/8 jig heads with minnow for walleyes and minnow and slip bobber or 1/16 - 1/64 jigs for crappies.

I suggest Bubba brand needle nose. They have line cutters and split ring separator. On sale at Cabela’s and Bass Pro right now for $25.
I have seen it work and would love to own one, but afraid it would cost me a divorce. As I fish 4-5 days a week now and am constantly buying fishing gear.
Nice mess of fish. Wanted to ice fish today myself, but it was -24 degrees when I woke up at 4 am. Gotta love Wisconsin winters.
The narrow triangle end separates causing the spring action to spread apart. When not in use, pinch the triangle end back together so the ends meet and that holds it closed.
I have been married 35 years. I owe it to 6 important words: “Yes dear”, “you’re right”, and “I’m sorry”. These words are almost used daily. My wife will say, “Are you going fishing again?” I then reply, “Yes dear, you’re right, I’m sorry”.
It’s a jaw spreader used in the Midwest for northern pike, Muskie and even walleye. Aids in the removal of a deep hook set.
I am from Boscobel, WI which is located on the Wisconsin River. Fishing and hunting have always been a passion of mine. All of my children fish and hunt. I always promoted fishing and hunting to the youth since we have a trout stream that runs through our city and hundreds of acres of public hunting land close by. I retired two years ago from a 32 year career in law enforcement. Keeping a child’s time occupied and interested with the outdoors will hopefully prevent them from making poor decisions.
I can’t express enough the great satisfaction I have received when I introduced my three children to fishing. Many great times were had and I still enjoy fishing with my adult children, 2 sons and a daughter. Now I have the experiences of teaching my grandchildren. It is a sport, hobby, pastime they all can enjoy for years to come. Therefore, my reason for this post. I am so proud of my oldest son, a teacher, who has started a high school ice fishing team and also teaches several fishing classes during the school year to his students. My son takes many students fishing on a nearby lake as a part of their studies. Fishing will pay dividends in the years to come to so many. Tight lines everyone!!!
One and half years old and ready to go!

Absolutely, I enjoy bass fishing and when I can’t find the crappies, I usually bass fish the backwaters of the Wisconsin or Blackhawk Lake.
