Trout and Panfish Magnet

Does anyone have any experience with the Trout or Panfish Magnet and jig heads? Thanks.

They definitely catch fish! I have used them in Arizona, Idaho and California waters and they work well for stocked trout. I have also caught crappie and smallmouth bass with them :-)
They aren't a sure thing, but they do work :-) You would have to try different colors to see what they are biting on a certain day. It always changes ;-)

I use the trout magnets all of the time for crappie and blue gills. They do work for trout too. The jig heads are great and allow for a diving or swimming action. I have used to cast and retrieve or jig under a slip bobber.

Buy them directly from Leland Baits. 50 bodies for $4.99 and jig heads are 25 for about $6.50. I love them. The crappie magnets are bigger than trout magnets. Personally, I have better luck on the trout magnets. The bodies in pink/white and chartreuse/orange are great for panfish.

I use them in tandem +/- 16" apart. Caught a lot of doubles that way, nothing better than 2 bluegill or crappie on at the same time.
