If your guide was working hard trying many places and different depths bait etc, Yes most definitely however if he was spending more time on his own fishing H——- No. report him as a non guide

If you are fishing in catch and release water use barbless hooks if you can’t remove hook safely cut the line. If you keep the fish expect a fine.

Always provide some form of gratitude, launch fees, bait, nice adult beverage and dinner afterwards to show one’s appreciation. Those that don’t shouldn’t be allowed to go a second time. Weeds out the friends

When I was a kid I saw them going close to 20ft long. Too many people keeping them has taken its toll

I took bunks off mounts and used crown staples on under side. Has held up for more than 6 years

That is BS when flying buy keep you distance, or slow down early enough.

Try trolling a fly for large cutthroats. Or fly fishing around railroad cove
