Mine started doing that once so took prop off and it had fishing line in it. Removed it and was fine.

A warmouth is a green sunfish and a rock bass is the same as a goggle eye.
Skip all the store bought junk. It will catch some small ones but if you want catfish of any size use cut bait like bluegill for channels and live bluegill for flatheads. Give them what they normally eat.
Here In Missouri they are free sunfish. They live in the rocks along the bank.
