Always good luck with local sand dabs
I live about 60 miles from Lake Isabella and have fished it many times. With the water low lots of dead trees in the water. After the spawn crappies can be had around those trees. The annual trout derby is soon and most will be fishing for them. Good luck
I have the boat but not the knowledge of fishing Catalina. Looking for partner to share expenses and help to develop skills

I have heard that they are picking up Lingcod close to the entrance of Morro Bay landing. I am headed there on Thursday and try to get one of these monsters on my new boat. Any tips would be appreciated.
Thanks for the tips, as I fish more locations I find each area has it’s own skill set
Heading for a few days fishing out of Morro Bay. Have not fished there except with charter boat. Taking my boat there for the first time. Any hints would be helpful.
It would be nice if it was real, but I would probably have a heart attack
I am at Crowley Lake right now, midges are out big time and fish very active. Sacramento Perch are spawning and hitting anything. Enjoy
Planning on a few days fishing out of Chula Vista for the first time. I know the yellow tail are out there. Any advice appreciated even the smart ass ones.
I will be traveling to Tillamook in mid September for some salmon and crabs. I am wondering if anyone has fished for ling cod in the bay, and if they were successful
