If using squid, use the eyes. I fished on a boat and the deck hand told me of using the eyes and I caught about 8 white fish in about 15 minutes. Good luck with your catching this spices of fish.

A side note.
If you are a senior you can apply for a parking pass for state beaches for a cost of $20... However there are black out dates that you can not use your parking pass - Memorial day thru Labor day. I get my parking pass at Bolsa Chica Beach.
I did hear on the news recently that a woman is bringing a class action suit against a company for something she bought (boots?)said it water proof and turned out, not live up to it's claim.
She is asking for a settlement of $5,000,000.00.

How true -the money will always catch this type of fish and other fishes like that one as well..Where are you going to keep the fish on ICE?
I found them to be cheaper by $100.00 for the same Penn Reel I found of Amazon.
You really owe it to yourself to always check!!!
If you are able to laugh you will master it.
You can try baking the fish in the oven with out any flour or breadcrumbs.
