Regions sounds good. I'm mainly interested in Pacific Northwest issues. But would like to drill down into specific regions in preparation for travel.
Concealed Carry Permit, and snap pics of license plates before you exit vehicle. Text pic to someone and be ready to show that text has been send if approached. If armed, state that you are prepared to defend yourself and relate that text has been sent when you feel uncomfortable. Makes me sick to hear about this crap, so sorry you have to deal with it.
Sweet !!! Nice fish too...lol
I lived and fished in Alaska for over 30 years, Doing it in the Pacific Northwest now. I've always kept my eye out for garage sales with fishing gear... used to buy poles and reels by the barrelful for under 50 bucks. Over time, trying it all out, I got a feel for what worked for me. I also learned a lot about fixing up marginal equipment. The best part is, I get to use all sorts of gear to find what I like and it doesn't cost an arm and a leg to do it. If I had one I didn't like, no sweat... I didn't shell out 150 bucks for it and I could toss it or give it away. Find something I do like and I might buy a newer version of it, then I know what I'm spending the money on with no guesswork. Like to hear what you do and how it works for you.
bad to hook stuff on the ring, hook it on the legs to the rod. The smallest of nicks or dings will chew up your line.
springerdavid@Comcast.net, I live in Snoho as well
"WindAlert" reads NOAH's bouy info, it is a free app with paid add-ons, depending on what you need. I know harbor pilots who use the info in Pugot Sound.
I fish Form the North end of Vancouver to Everett, Working my way down to the Columbia. springerdavid @Comcast.net
I use "WindAlert" in the Pacific NW
