Been raining 2 and a half days so far. I think I can launch the boat in the back yard and make it to the river. Only 2 miles away. LOL. Good luck Cueball. Wish you the best on your trip.

Enjoy your location Kimmy. We live in the best fishing location. What do you want to catch? There are walleye, 4 kinds of bass, 2 kinds of crappie, record strippers, and monster paddlefish. The strippers are easier to pattern and catch right now. It’s all about time on the water. Enjoy. Tight Lines

Don’t forget it you go to the river the trout las insane .I live in eureka springs

The Avalon in my opinion is the best pontoon on the water. I bought a Sylvan because of the furniture layout and I am happy with it but my friend has a 2020 Avalon with the 200 mercury and it is super. Get the center toon storage, you will be glad you did. Avalon,s waveglider system makes fast and nice riding.

Hey Q, you need to make a trip over to Bull Shoals Lake Boat Dock in Bull Shoals and check out Forrest Woods latest products (Vexus Boats) before you buy a Ranger. They are very impressive. Talk to Rick Eastwald there at the dock. Thier family has owned the dock since 1971 when they moved from LaGrange Illinois. They are fantastic people to work with. Enjoy it whatever you purchase. They also can work with you on new or used pontoons.

Thank you I will do that

I have finally decided on what type of boat to get I have settled on a fishing pontoon boat with at least 200 hp around 24 foot.Right now I’m looking at a 2021 Avalon Catalina quad fishing with a 200 hp Merc and a 2020 Ranger 223F 150 merc first one at $48000 no trailer Ranger with trailer trolling motor and grill been used 3 times. iam trying to stay under 50,000 or right around there if anyone has any suggestions or know of any boats please let me know or if you have any experience with the Avalon’s versus the Rangers
