A full spool needs to turn more slowly allowing you to cast further. Because of thinner braided line, the spool is first wound with mono to fill the spool and then is topped off with braided to give you a full spool.

Non-Co-Operative Game Theory
&
Governing Dynamics

The John Nash Equilibrium:
“A state in which opposing forces or influences are balanced”.
~
John Nash was the winner of the Noble Peace Prize for developing a governing dynamic theory. His game theory has been incorporated into every area of government over the last few decades which would include; trade, education, medical, prisoner interrogation and homeowner’s associations to name a very few. It’s now through-out the world and is taught in one form or another in colleges and universities across the country and around the globe. A movie was made of John Nash staring Russell Crowe titled, A Beautiful Mind.
It can be a little complicated for many people to understand in its entirety, so it is best narrowed down to the following fundamentals:
• A non-cooperative game is a game in which players are unable to make enforceable contracts outside of the rules/description of such a game. (The players cannot change the rules).
• No player can gain additional pay-off or any further favorable outcome by changing or deviating from his/her initial strategy.
Criticisms of Non-Cooperative Game Theory:
• The game theories assume knowledge is freely available.
• The chances that a pay-off matrix (A method of exchanging goods and services for money) can be constructed is an unrealistic assumption.
• It is more of ‘knowing what happens’ rather than entering the market/game with ‘no knowledge’.
• Assumes that the players are knowledgeable and reasonable.
So, we have an invisible mathematical system incorporated into virtually every aspect of our lives in which rules are made and we are expected to play by them. The rules create a system that cause all the players that are all working for themselves, to come to a pre-determined conclusion based on their own choices. A good example is the prisoner's dilemma. Two prisoners apprehended for robbing a store would be interrogated separately and given several options depending on whether or not they are willing to co-operate. Their options could be different length jail sentences and leniency. The rules of the game would be constructed to cause any reasonable person to choose to co-operate. Even when someone is innocent, they can be convinced to plead guilty and accept a lesser sentence which would protect the integrity of the game.
If we look at all the different media outlets such as TV stations, radio shows, magazines, newspapers, property managers, politicians and even churches, etc. etc. It becomes clear that none of them can have a favorable outcome by changing or deviating from his/her initial strategy. So, there is division between the different groups.
The game suggests fairness, but since knowledge is not shared freely, the advantage always goes to the one making the rules. And the players are rarely knowledgeable and reasonable if they are focused on making decisions for their own profit or advantage, in fact, they are naïve, corrupt or both. It did not fit into the rules of the game when Jesus said, “If you want to be My disciple, sell what you have, give to the poor and follow Me” or “You cannot serve both God and money” or “When we sin, we become slaves to sin”, because when we are able to take our own money and self out of the equation, we are able to follow the truth and we can see and hear what is going on.
So those making the rules are those who control the money. Or more precisely, a pyramid of power. This pyramid of power can be seen in a statement by Obama during his presidency when he said, “I know that many of you have had parents that did not finish high school or go to college and were still very successful, but no more. From now on if you want a good job, you will have to go to college”. (But only select people will be able to get a good job after going to college and working people will never succeed).
If we look closely at the criticisms of Non-Cooperative Game Theory, we would have to ask if someone or $ome group displayed John Nash as a hero and then altered the game to their own advantage.
Most Christians know that revelation and wisdom are received through scripture. But John Nash’ revelation on governing dynamics was conceived much differently: John Nash and his friends were in a bar when five girls walked in; four brunettes and one sexy blond. Nash realized that if they all went after the blond, they would all lose, and when they turned their attention to the four brunettes, they would all lose again, because no one wants to be second choice. But if no one went for the blond and they all went for the brunettes then they would all score, they would all get laid. So, our governing dynamic system was thus conceived. (But who would get the blond while everyone is chasing the brunettes?)
John Nash also had a long struggle with mental illness such as imaginary friends and paranoia. He also became obsessed with seeing subliminal messages/codes in magazines and newspapers and attempted to connect the dots. The subliminal messages he was seeing in the publications were very real, though he was unable to solve the problem, because what he was trying to follow and solve, was a subliminal game in our media that both leads and misleads, yet it was presented as insanity to protect the subliminal voice that is in the media (He was used).
In the book the Trickster and the Para-normal, Para-Psychologist George Hanson says, “Whenever someone would attempt to institutionalize a study of the Para-normal, they would get off to a great start with plenty of funding, interest, and jobs. But then the Trickster would enter, and they would suffer from paranoia, depression, sexual problems, divorce, and rat infestations”. Only the Powers that be have been able to maintain a study of the Para-normal.
Truth and a biblical perspective are the enemy of non-co-operative game theories.

I agree Catfish. Regarding what you said about the numbers being skewed immensely; I read a political statement saying that "most people have gotten the v*****e but they need to keep 'chipping away' at the stragglers". As the number of v******ted people increase so that v******ted people are more able to support the economy, than so will the restrictions increase for those of us that don't get the v*****e. There is a book in the bible titled "Numbers", so numbers are something we need to pay attention to. Jesus said; "you are either for Me or against Me" so according to numbers, those that get the v*****e will be working toward bringing persecution to those that do not.

I lived on St Simons in the 60s for 3 years and the fishing was pretty good off the pier and some coastlines. I returned in the 90s and built a house and it was obvious that the heavy shrimping has taken it's toll over the years. Now the pier seems to produce not much more than a few catfish and crabs. Also a Hyundai freighter carrying 5000 cars capsized a couple of years ago not far from the pier. Their probably just finishing up salvage.
You might try going to East Beach and walking down the beach to the (muddy) inlet of a river leading into the marsh. there's a strong current and a short window of opportunity, but I have had luck using shrimp fishing for croaker and red fish just when the tide begins to move. But with fishing, you never know when your going to get lucky. Good luck.

I wrote the following letter to Rob Pue , publisher of the Wisconsin Christian News and he wants to use it in his newspaper. I'm sorry guys; but we are not all on the same page.
Regarding article; "To Vax or not to Vax".

If I don't know if someone is telling the t***h or not, then why would I follow him? Likewise, If I know for certain that someone is telling the t***h, then why would I not follow him?
It's clear to me, that this v*****e is not so much about a v***s as it is about deception. I have overwhelming evidence that when board members who were entrusted to handle the money and affairs of our park, follow a secret system of taking money that doesn't belong to them, they become part of a secret society. They're different. Elite.
I see the v*****e as I see the money. The v*****e can work as a perfect tool of deception. Some are now saying that it could give the "powers that be" control over whether we live or die. If we are friends of the new system we live, if we are enemies of the state, we die. It wouldn't matter whether or not this were true, it would only matter what we believe. Maybe it's true, maybe it's not.
I don't buy that Trump is telling the t***h about his taking the v*****e just because of some of his good accomplishments. I do believe in controlled opposition. That's politics.
Need I apologize for putting my trust in Jesus Christ and not the world system? Am I wrong when I stop listening to politicians and men and women that follow politicians and just start listening to the only thing that I have learned that I can trust by following? Look where following Politicians have led us. How can I not believe in deception? And because I follow, how can I not believe in Jesus Christ?
I say that the powers that be have power only when people have nothing else to believe in except the world system.
