Cutco makes a lot of fine products one that I used for a very long time in commercial fishing and recreational is the fisherman's solution the blade extends from 6 to 9 is very flexible and the blade lays flat great for skinning although I prefer a offset blade for skinning the sheath has sharpening stone line cutter and opens to grip your fish or pull hooks never use your fillet knife to cut the head off or the tail or any other cutting
