I haven't been lucky enough to catch that many in the last five years... Good for you! Keep on a Catchin'!
Welcome John, Keep on a Cathin'!
Awesome looking boat, Someday I'll have another one. After retirement 10/31/18 and 2 strokes: 07/19 Ischemic and then a Hemorrhagic 02/20. I'm ready to get out and do some serious fishing. I lost 90% of my vision in both eyes (peripheral), and as my wife keeps telling the doctor: "He talks like a 9 year old from the Bronx", well funny thing I grew up in NYC, moved to New Jersey till junior high school and wound up near Rochester N.Y. a town named Fairport. Bad news I can't drive now because my wife again said to the eye doctor, "you're not going to let him drive are you"? I Love that girl heeheehee, Anyway the good news is I am walking distance to the Barge canal. And there are some BIG old fish that'll be fun to catch and, release of course! Have fun my friends and keep on Catchin'!
Good for you! Never give up! KEEP ON CATCHIN'!
His smile tells all! Congratulations to him and him again for having such a super grandpa! Thanks for sharing the awesome pictures!!!
Great photo's and great catch! Thanks for sharing! Great luck in future and stay safe!
Welcome and keep on learning and cathin'! I learn something new every post! It is truly a awesome gift! Thank you all!
Awesome photo's and I also was surprised to see the alligator too? I look over to my wife and said "I didn't know there were alligators in Texas"? She said, "yes of course, it is one of the most Southern States'! with a look like as if I just fell off a Turnip wagon? Anyway, I never claimed to be the sharpest knife in the drawer or brightest bulb in the house! But, like I've said before I'm learning...
I don't have enough experience at lure color but, I wanted to say thank you to all of you! Great information and I'm learning!
Go out on his birthday with him to his favorite very private fishing area, then surprise him with ... well you can figure out something he'd really appreciate? Get ahead of the curve and be inventive and spontaneous! He'll LOVE whatever you come up with!
Very nice catch I would be proud to display! Great photo! Keep on catchin'!!!
If I had that rig and equipment I wouldn't be able to wait either! Great pictures thank you for sharing them and your enthusiasm for the sport! Good luck to you you!!!!

Hey y’all, new here, but not to fishing.I don’t have a boat so I’m somewhat limited. Anybody still able to get there favorite fishing spots through all this? Catchin anything good?
Hello and welcome from upstate N.Y. Way upstate, Fairport N.Y. Close to Lake Ontario which is a hour boat ride away from Canada. But, like you I don't have the boat to get there. I'd only wind up in trouble AAYYY? Hope you get the Canadian tease...no offense just a little humor. Oh to answer your question, Nope not catchin' anything, period! so that's definitely not good!! But, Keep on casting!!!
