In a town adjoining ours there is a Trout stocked lake that usually draws crowds early in the season. The town has banned all on-street parking, except 15 minutes in the business district. If you don’t live there, near the lake, ride a bike or take a mile hike with your gear, no fishing for you!
Good points Jim. I would wonder how if I paid that much money for a house on a beach, they would think they could “close” it to me.
