I have spinal stenosis one operation said t it would not cure it but would give some relief.
It did for awhile but not long enough. Go to pain manage now 3 shots every 4 mos. again some relief for a little while but not during much good after taking it for one and a half years. At 81 and1/2 don’t want another surgery since they say it won’t cure it. Pain pills cause constipation. Don’t know what to. Do? Hope you ca keep going.

I am 81 and understand what you are going thru. Not much fun. Big ideas but body does not want to cooperate.
Don’t give up. Keep trying to catch that big one I lost once, I think.

I don’ Know which I am. Maybe just live to far to travel at 81 years old with some health issuers. Was in Asheville, lake Lure, and Chimney Rock years ago. Have old high friend who lives in New Bern. Sounds like a beautiful area. Have a great day.

Thank you for your info. May change our mind and go to Kentucky-Barkley Lakes instead. Lot of water there also and only about 250 miles instead of 700.
