Well my toe healing good after surgery-removal.now gout set in my right elbow. Very painful.

Restricted to my armchair due to surgery recovery, the little league games were a blessing! I watched that nail biting last inning eating my daughter's pasta salad( its the best)
When Lappe hit that homer i was out of control and when they interviewed Lappe and coach,when he told Lappe he was his son forever, rain did fall!

Then I got on a med that I take a tablet each morning and at most may get a flair up every three or more years, then I fix with terrible med for a couple days then back on to my daily med.
The "terrible" med was probably colchicine,a med 4 gout that goes back to ancient roman Times, oldest med in the world
I take allpurinol daily and eat a handful of fresh cherry everyday,haven't had gout in a long time
