80 is a top speed on interstate 76 eastern Colorado. I have seen a guy on a motorcycle hit a deer at 45 and That cant be unseen. I hit an elk at 30 and wow the damage .I don't go over 55 in mountains.

I think it depends on where they are stocked and what's in the water they are eating. I have caught trout out of
water that have been stocked only a few month's earlier that are nice and pink and solid and other waters that after a full year still white and mushy.

Welcome Andrew. Where are you located in Colorado? What kind of Fishing are you looing to do ? Fly ,spinner, bait? There are alot of open waters still available. Just need to know the basics.
yes Plumbob and the only ones are the 1 percenters getting rich. Only chance we have is getting hit by someone talking or texting and suing them for a million dollars. My luck they couldn't pay or just wouldn't.

I have hit a 'lot of deer with my trucks. I just have one thing that helps. If you can not avoid. floor it, it lifts your front end up and keeps them from coming threw windshield. I have done tree work in mall parking lots
Deer are out and it don't help when city plants large crabapple trees in the center of the roads. Hope you are ok just a little advice.
If you call D P W they are giving them away at different locations. I catch them with popcorn shrimp on a # 6 hook at about 3 to 4 ft down from a float this time of year.
The only place I ve found is Green Mountain and not doing good there
There are lot's of good water in our State! I know that right now the big browns are in spawn mode. Our salmon are starting to run.. And some great walleye fishing is starting up. So get out there and catch a few.
