They are great. I was going to a KC fishing expo to get one just needed to decide on what length. Found them and in the same both they had outlaw rods. Like it bought a seven ft outlaw, cheaper and I like it. You might want to check them on line.
I have had no luck and not talked to anyone catching anything last couple of weeks
Thinking about Jeffery on Sunday. That is the power plant north of st Mary’s ???
Haven’t been there for a couple of years, still have the same check in at the gate
Are you doing the American Plan or doing your own cooking
Yes
Seems like last couple of years their numbers have increased a lot
You might have to leave a message as I don’t answer numbers I don’t recognize

Rick and Alli have it now. Ricks grandmother and grand father bought it the 60’s I think. Grandfather passed and Helen (grandmother) ran it for years. Take Alli the hottest pickles you can find and you will have a friend for life!!!
Tell her and Rick hi from Dave Stoffer past member of the Lawrence, Ks or Marty Thomas group. Marty passed and they put his ashes in Eagle Lake this last July.
You will be fishing Tug Boat and Irene’s rock for walleye. Little Bottle and Wickersham for pike. Rick will give you all the help you need to find fish. Can’t remember dock guys name he has been there a few years.
If you want to call me before I can give you some information or call me after and let me know how you did. Dave 785-766-0600.
Where are you staying?
We stayed at Pine Beach Lodge.
Which lake are you fishing?
I fished Eagle Lake several years
We were on a tour and that was the day. Day before and day after were clear.
Did that. Beautiful going up most of the way. At the summit house you could not see the train from it. On the way down beautiful again.
It’s a neat smaller lake. It does have a lot of brush piles.
Have fished a few times with moderate success.
Looking forward to get on it when weather cools down.
