Do it all the time. You would be surprised how many bass you can catch on the same worm/soft jerkbait. If it comes loose just another drop of super glue and you are ready to go.

They’re small and useful to use with your gear - to absorb the ever present moisture...

They do need to be re-dried. The ones you have have been used up. Place on a cookie sheet at low temp in oven, then store in an air tight container (canning jar). When reusing them place the item in a air tight container with the silica gel. They absorb only so much moisture and then have to be dried out again. Used to own a business and we used them all the time (from Uline)

Hello. I make my own worms , soft crawfish, creatures, etc. it has been my experience that the baits absolutely do better if they are stored in a plastic bag. They will start to dry out just in your tackle box.

I also store mine in plastic bags. Have some that are 10-12 years old and are still in great shape.

They look great. I am guessing you used an air brush for the painting. Many of the lure making companies started out making lures in their basement! Maybe???

It can make the handle a little slick. Not a real fan of it. Have you tried cleaning the cork with with Comet?

I used to use a dough ball made of water, cornmeal, Knox gelatin, strawberry jello and anise extract. You had to heat it up and let it cool down. Worked great for catfish and carp, and you did not smell like s#%t when you came home.

I am moving to Soddy Daisy soon and will be only 5 min. from Chickamauga Lake. Any suggestions for this lake? Any help would be appreciated. I have always fished for largemouth and smallmouth bass.

Fished for largemouth and smallmouth in the Mon River near Pittsburgh. If you can find any grass in the river it would be good place for largemouth, fish around bridge structure for smallmouth. Also any place that has a rocky bottom for smallmouth as they like crayfish that hide in the rocks. Hope this helps.
