From Friday to Monday noon the Tulalip area is open for salmon. All of the surrounding area is closed.
I got skunked yesterday.
Has anyone fished this area? If so please let me know details.

We are putting our boat in this evening at the Langley Marina.
The area in front of my cabin has about 24 traps already in.
I hope they left some for me!
Fish Lake by Lake Wenatchee has been getting favorable reports. I haven't fished there for a few years but plan on going back very soon. Check but they have always rented boats and have fishing from a dock. A little store there usually had the correct gear. Or you could call and ask them what to buy.
I'd also suggest Spectacle Lake by Tonasket and Palmer Lake nearby.
Great fish every year and nearby lodging.

Thank you. Winter crab closes at the end of the year and reopens early July.

Thank you for the info. I have a fishing cabin on the beach near Langley. Endless flounders, crab in season and the occasional salmon.

Thank you for replying. I went smelt fishing at Ruby Beach on the peninsula many times when I was a child.
I bought nets etc but haven't found a place to use them.
My online searches have yielded no results.
