I only caught 6 today but just fished from 11:00 to 4:00 pm

If u r snapping the fly off you r going way to hard just relax take a breath and do it soft and easy with a slow hand and a easy touch.

I fish in the area they call the Trophy waters it's from Table Rock dam to fall creek. Artificial fly only you can only keep them if under 12 inches or over 20. That's on lake Taneycomo right by the fish hatchery. Right now the Rainbows are spawning Browns spawn in October and November

The best way is to find someone like me who teaches Fly-fishing and supplies everything rod reel ect.. then if you don't like it your out no cost of a rod. But if you want a decent rod for a good price look on Amazon under Matchcatch.

I don't hate pike and crappie is yummy and so is walleye but I love Halibut yum yum yum I couldn't get enough of it when I was stationed in Alaska

I just love to fish, hand me a pole put me in front of some water and I'll be happy. If u can't find a pond, creek, river, lake or ocean then fill up a bathtub I'll still be happy as long if there is fish in it. Don't worry fish more.
