Nice job . Just wondering different than ocean kings ? Meat must be whiter as they are eating different . Where do they spawn ?

I grew up in fort Bragg but fished as a kid in Albion . You can fish in the lower river and beach . Used to catch lots of perch . Squid works good . Talk to people in the store .

You can get them off docks with jigs and flashers . In fort Bragg used to get ‘em by the bucket fulls on high tide .

Invasive Fish known in the US

Here we have squa fish or fancy name northern pike . They eat salmon eggs ! Used to throw them on the bank for critters but now you can’t. They call it wanton waste !
