So a phone call is now defined as “subpoena”? Always thought it meant a legal document from a judge. Only in Oregon I guess. 🤷♂️

That’s where your missing what’s written again. A letter is not a phone call and the people that record the traffic cameras are called the government. Yeah your hands in the air like a girl are proof you don’t know.

Why do you think it’s states subpoena? If an attorney already tried stopping the other party from obtaining it. Same with all public records. Subpoena is the most effective route. Private smartphone and cameras in vehicles can be subpoenaed as well if anyone says no I’m not sharing it. I dealt with Government Records and had to download video recordings for subpoenas many times but oh yeah you don’t believe people when they tell you factual things.

Good. It’s great if the information was easily accessed. Each County and each City are run differently. I have done the same thing. It’s easy to prove a liar wrong when you have secured the evidence and prove them wrong. Then you can press charges is the next step.

Right. Yeah exactly. It’s easy here by The Great Mt Hood to prove liars wrong. Way EZ. You can assume I’m confused but far from it. You can request it but it doesn’t mean you will get it because like I explained from here near Hood. Not all Municipalities operate the same. A subpoena will force the release. My insurance company just called the state and hey said “sure come on in and we’ll show em to you”. If you go back to your statement you said “the only way you can get them is with a subpoena or if you’re a government agency”. But I was telling someone else that. You chose to interject again.
