Told her if she wanted call the police and explain how she ran into a stopped truck that was fine but I had things to do. She opted to not call them.

Around here they would have called the cops when they got home and said you left the scene after you backed into her.

Typical airhead. Her insurance wants your information because it’s her fault. By law supposed to exchange information. If don’t drivers license gets suspended. I was rear ended. I reported to insurance all that did the recorded phone calls blah blah blah. Got a letter in mail saying I had a warrant and license is suspended. Because I didn’t report to DMV. It wasn’t my fault. I got pretty ticked but once I reported and my story matched the warrant was dropped. They told me they want everyone to report because some try to change the facts on a report to not be the at fault party.
