I used to keep mine in my wallet but now they're more like receipts instead of cards. Any suggestions?

EDIT: I'm from California so we have to carry it on our person whenever we're fishing.

In Georgia we have the option to get a plastic, credit card size, card and I carry mine in my wallet.

I have a waterproof license holder with a neck lanyard. In Virginia they allow us to us our smartphone DGIF app to show proof of license. Since I fish multiple states and Canada I keep all my licenses in the waterproof case mention above. In Canada you have to have both a Canadian Outdoor Sportman Card plus the appropriate provincial (i.e., state) fishing license both must be externally displayed so my case with lanyard is the perfect solution.

In Missouri you can get a credit card license. I carry it my wallet and it auto renews every year. Don’t think about it much.

I cover mine in clear packing tape. Makes it totally waterproof.

Game officer came by where I was fishing and to ask if I was doing any good. After some chitchat I asked if he wanted to see my fishing license and he said no. You old guys always have your stuff in order and he doesn't worry about it.

I am from California also. So I just fold it up and put it the hole where all the cash used to be before I paid the $69 for it.
